1. Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange request.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and other items provided with the product.
- Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Exchange Policy
AK CORPORATION provides exchange instead of cash refunds.
If the product is eligible for return, we will inspect the returned item. If approved, we will provide an exchange for the same product or, where applicable, another available product of equivalent value.
Cash refunds are generally not provided for returned products.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working properly due to a manufacturing or delivery-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verification and approval:
- AK CORPORATION will bear the reasonable return shipping cost for the defective or damaged product.
- The product will be inspected after it is received.
- If the defect or damage is confirmed, the product will be exchanged according to our exchange policy.
Please contact us before sending a defective or damaged product back.
5. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
If you want to return a product for reasons other than a defect or damage, the return may be accepted subject to our approval and the product meeting the return conditions.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
6. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.
- Products with missing accessories, parts, packaging, or documentation.
- Products that cannot be resold due to their condition.
- Any product specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
7. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us with:
- Your name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name
- Reason for the exchange
- Photos or videos of the product, if the product is defective or damaged
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
8. Inspection and Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection.
An exchange will only be approved if the product meets the conditions stated in this policy. If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the exchange request may be rejected.
9. Shipping
For approved defective or damaged products, AK CORPORATION will bear the reasonable return shipping cost.
For returns requested for reasons other than a defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
